Key Lime Pie
It’s not, still in knots. But, the pie is finished.
Day 1: I’m Excited! Finally got this delicious Key Lime pie recipe from my cousin this morning. It reminded me of when we went out for “just dessert” and shared a piece of Key Lime pie. I think it was @ 54th St Grill… Anyway, hope things are going great for you.

Also, I’m gonna make a Key Lime pie tonight – finally. Do you want to come over for a piece later tonight?
Oh – that’s not clear … for a piece of pie.
Leaving Dallas now – pie will be ready @ 9 or 930.

We always have such a fun time together. I don’t want to ruin something good by pushing. I appreciate and enjoy time with you, and just got a little excited yesterday about maybe seeing you this weekend. I am sorry, I won’t push anymore. Let me know when you want to hang out again.
Key Lime Pie Recipe
Oven at 350
3 egg yolks & 2 teaspoons of lime zest – beat until fluffy about 5 minutes
1-14 oz can of condensed milk – add slowly to egg mixture
2/3 cup lime juice – add slowly to egg and condensed milk mixture
Pour into a prepared graham cracker pie crust
Bake 10 minutes in oven or until set, then transfer to freezer
Serve later with whip cream and lime garnish
